I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to many great restaurants and Fort Natal. The cleanliness of this hotel was impressive, and the facilities were well maintained. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet provided a great variety of food and the price for both the meal and amenities were very reasonable.
Not one thing could be found to complain about during my stay at this hotel.

The room is very spacious and clean... I already knew it x that I came back.. The pools; being almost on the beach.
In the reception every day some problem x dissatisfaction of the users even called the Police because of a confusion of a reservation... but of this in the 8 days there were at every moment... Avise entered the room at 15hs ...... and not least added consumption of the pool bar that I did not do! I complained and they corrected it. In one opportunity 50 reals in the other 1890 hehe obviously a mistake but in short .... Control your 'voucher, .... In particular I did not like at all that the glasses were made of a disgusting colored plastic and were for all juices, sodas, beers, I think it is normative that it is not glass but the glasses are disgusting and not always clean! The breakfast juice is undrinkable... it. Better was a Detox juice...I solved it by buying glasses and juice!!! but that's not the idea...

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, the bathroom of the room is also to be noted as it is large and has room for two people at the same time. The hotel staff is always very friendly and helpful. What stands out most about the hotel is the relationship with the beach, since the entire exterior has pools that integrate very well with how important the beach is
In this you have to be very objective, food was not the strong point of the hotel, I'm not saying it was bad, truth is that they could vary a little bit the menu every day so it was not eating the same thing every day. On the other hand I had a bad experience with the laundry service, I had 20 items washed and service is too expensive, so I would like that it does not happen again to another and put somewhere in the rooms the cost of that service.

Great value for money! the hotel is highly recommended for budget-conscious travellers. the location is excellent, just in front of the sparkling sea, and with no rocks in sight. the breakfast buffet is a feast with lots of fresh fruits and omelettes, adding to the hotel's charm.
The cleaning could be better, as sand was found in the bathroom and its facilities could use an update, but these aspects are minor when compared to the overall experience. the hotel is a great option for a city break.

To be able to go down from the hotel to the beach. Everything was impeccable at all times.
The beach service is very bad. They have only one person to provide it and when many guests arrive together it is beyond their capacity. One day we were almost 2 hours to bring the umbrella, after several requests. In addition, the last day of our stay they began to charge the service of chairs and umbrellas (as it was included in the reservation made by us, we claimed and finally we were not charged). The replacement of food in the buffet was not efficient. At the time of the greatest affluence of diners there were several things that were missing and we had to wait a long time for them to be replaced. The wall made of logs that divides the hotel from the beach also lacks some maintenance

Location, is on the most beautiful beach of Natal with no reefs, only sand. Breakfast and dinner are excellent. It's worth it economically and for quality price to hire half board (breakfast and dinner). To go to Ponta Negra for a walk, Uber works great (10 reais) or there are combis (5 reais each). It is a quiet place, you are not overwhelmed with music at full volume, there are plenty of pools (but with that sea.. what do you want..
blockout in the room lets in light and gets you up very early. There is no beach service, it is only for those who have full board, rest are charged 10 per chair and 10 per umbrella.. they make you feel half kelper. There is wind or breeze, magic of Brazilian beaches makes you lie down on the sand and don't bother or hit you in the face.. decoration is a bit old-fashioned. There's no Gym. rooms are far from the only exit to the sea, they are ALL with a full view of the sea and on the first line of the beach (pé na areia they say)

The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The rooms were tiny and outdated, with uncomfortable beds. The walls were paper-thin, so we could hear everything from the other guests' rooms. The location was far from the main attractions and restaurants, and we had to rely on taxis to get around. we were disappointed with our stay.

Nice breakfast and dinner with live music. Helpful English-speaking receptionist. Compliant price, good quality. Perfect location, next to the beach with a nice view on Natal. Friendly and partly English-speaking staff. Always clean facilities. Great for families with kids. Tasty food.
Nothing not to love.

the hotel was spotless and the staff tried hard to make it a great stay. the room was cleaned every day, with new bed linen provided, and had a view of the beach. the hotel even provided free water daily. the breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold foods, as well as made, to, order omelettes. the infinity pool was lovely, with plenty of free sunbeds and a tennis court available.
The hotel walls needed some repainting and the air conditioning was noisy and needed maintenance attention.
